Located at Brucknell in Victoria’s South-West, we enjoy a mild climate with stable rainfall.

Over the past three years a major undertaking to improve soil fertility and plant improved pasture species has been carried out. The green pasture we produce from autumn through spring forms the basis for our heifers diet as well as conserved fodder for summer. Part of this renovation program involves summer fodder crops.

All fences on the property are electric and a laneway system leads to all paddocks.

Water is supplied from a central spring fed dam. This is supplied to troughs via a substantial pressure system.

Shelter from the winds off the Southern Ocean is provided through strategic plantings that have taken place over the past decade and is ongoing. These plantations compliment the remnant bush-land that remains on Bilyana.

At the centre of the property are modern undercover cattle-yards. An office, bathroom, and lunchroom facility adjoin the yards making an excellent work-centre for all involved.
